About the role

The TA Specialist role is both dynamic and essential, requiring a blend of people skills and an analytical mindset. It plays an important part in driving the success of the customer support team’s expansion. If you’re ready to embrace this challenge, don’t hesitate to apply.

In this role, you will

  • Being the primary contact for our expansion of the customer support department
  • Sourcing and screening candidates from different channels: job boards, referrals, and other sources
  • Conducting interviews to ensure both a great cultural and professional fit
  • Taking part in various initiatives to perfect the recruitment processes
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to ensure we incorporate best recruitment practices and create a strategy
  • Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Cooperating with the team on common projects
  • Taking initiative in daily operations and managing hiring-related documentation.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in recruiting or similar roles is considered an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy personality
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Eagerness to try new things and the ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work full-time with four days in the office.


The offered salary range for this position starts from 1800 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
