About the role

As a Lead People Business Partner, you’ll lead the charge in talent management strategy, foster collaboration and relationships between teams, driving leadership development and championing a culture of engagement and growth. In this role, you will

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, offering expert guidance on people-related matters to drive employee satisfaction, productivity and engagement across the entire employee lifecycle;
  • Coach and support managers in improving their leadership skills, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement within the organization;
  • Engage directly with managers and employees daily to address challenges such as team dynamics, underperformance, conflicts, and more. Handle employee relations matters fairly and objectively, conducting thorough investigations when needed;
  • Lead the People Business Partners team, starting with one team member and anticipated growth in the future;
  • Predict, identify and analyze barriers to organizational efficiency and other challenges, collaborating with managers to create solutions or escalate when needed;
  • Analyze trends and people data metrics to develop solutions. Lead or support various People Team projects to meet the evolving needs of our growing company;
  • Identify essential competencies for success and partner with Learning and Development (L&D) to deliver the right programmes to develop those capabilities.

What we're looking for

  • Proven working experience as Lead People Business Partner, People Business Partner or a similar role (in fast-growing companies is a plus);
  • Expertise in management and leadership practices, solid understanding of HR functions and procedures, employee relations, motivation and workforce management;
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with both managers and employees;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions;
  • Hands-on, action-oriented attitude and strong sense of ownership. Ability to perform without constant guidance in a fast-paced and continuously shifting environment.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality;
  • Excellent spoken and written English.

Salary

The offered salary range for this position starts from 4200 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
